To return or exchange an item, you do not need to call first.  If it is within 30 days of purchase, you can send the item back to the address above.  Please include a note with your name, address, phone, email address and order number if you have it.  Then explain whether you would like to exchange for a different size, style, color, etc.  or receive a refund.  If the product is not defective, the shipping charge will not be refunded.  If we have any questions, we will call you.

Our return policy allows returns or exchanges whenever a product arrives damaged or defective.   Returns or exchanges can be done  for any reason once the product has been received as long as the product has not been used and is still resalable.   After the product is worn, if there is a defect which arises, product may be exchanged if within 30 days of sale.

Shipping for US & Canada on at The Level Collection is based on quantity but starts at $4.95 for standard shipping and $7.95 for Priority Shipping (priority for Canada is $9.95).  Prices increase slightly with each added purchase.  International shipping for 1 product starts at a flat rate of $9.95 and increases slightly after adding multiple products.  Products are usually shipped within 24-48 hours after order is placed.  Sometimes, in rare occurrences, a certain color or size may be on back order, in which case, you will be notified by email that your order was delayed, and back orders are usually shipped in another 2-3 business days.

We come out with new styles of leather accessories about every 3-6 months.  When certain styles of men's leather wristbands are popular, they stay on permanently.  When other bands are not as popular, we discontinue them.  If you would like to be contacted whenever we have added new styles of leather cuff watches, leather strap watches, leather cuff watchbands, leather wristbands or leather bracelets, please email us and let us know. inquiry@thelevelcollection.com

Our leather wristbands are designed to fit almost every wrist.  To check your wrist size, measure your wrist around where your watch or bracelet would be in inches. For sizes 5.5-6.5 inches you would be a small, for 6.5-8.5 inches, a standard size.  On styles where there is no size selection, men's sizes are 6.5-8 inches and 5.5-6.5 inches for women's styles.  All of the leather wristbands are adjustable with the exception of #99.
